Since 2016, Bartosz (part of Sofius) has been working intensively with Holland Casino to guarantee the quality of their ICT systems. One of these testers is Jochem Schenk, who has been involved for six years and fulfils the role of both Chapter Lead and Tester within the Cash Flows team. The Challenge

The Collaboration
Jochem and Jodi work together as a close-knit team. Jodi: ‘As Chapter Lead, Jochem provides substantive leadership to the testers and is my ‘point person’ when it comes to testing matters. Together, we define the strategy and ensure that the teams can work efficiently.’ Jochem adds: ‘When I can’t solve a problem myself, I approach Jodi. And conversely, Jodi comes to me if there are technical or substantive challenges.
The Result
Through the close collaboration between Bartosz and Holland Casino, a solid testing environment has been built. The testing processes have been optimized, and the test automation framework has been fully integrated into the workflow. Jochem has fulfilled multiple roles within the team, including analyst, scrum master, and administrator, which makes him a valuable linchpin within the team.
